Color

Design

This year we have opted for new innovative designs using embroidery on all our kimonos. Our ranges of Special Editions use exclusive designs with sublimated lycra in the latest technology.

Weight :

Here where you must see the use that you are going to give to the kimono:

- If you are going to compete You should especially take into account in which weight category you will do it.

- If you will only use it to train You must take into account what time of year you are going to use it in order to be able to adjust your weight and your needs to the different types of fabrics / weights that are currently available in kimonos.

En Buddha Fight Wear We use 420 grams of Pearl Weave cotton in our kimonos in the Ultralight model in White and 475 grams in the Deluxe model. This latest generation fabric comes from the rice grain and is made of 100% pre-shrunk braided cotton (following the recommendations for washing and drying it does not shrink more than 3%). Pearl Weave is an ultra-resistant fabric with great softness and excellent durability.

Below we indicate the weight of each kimono size according to the ranges available in Buddha Sports:

A1: 160cm - 172cm / 57kg - 65kg.

A2: 170cm - 182cm / 65kg - 80kg.

A3: 180cm - 191cm / 80kg - 94kg.

Tips to increase the durability of your kimono:

  • The kimono should never be washed with hot waterWe also recommend turning it over to wash it.

  • The kimono should be washed frequently. If you wear the kimono 3-4 times a week, you can wash it over the weekend to prevent dry sweat from building up and ending up spoiling.

  • If you have used it, you have sweated it and you want to use it the next day leave it hanging upside down and outdoors for ventilation. The kimono should not be left in the closed suitcase after training.

  • A good idea would be have a second kimono so as not to use the other one so often and let it air for a longer time after having used it.

  • The kimono should not be exposed directly to the sun or discoloration will occur.

  • The kimono should not be placed in the dryer.
